ALL CONFERENCES WILL BE VIA ZOOM OR TELEPHONE
Please advise your clients that it is possible to use a or tablet or smartphone if a computer with a webcam is not available, but the experience will not be ideal. It is also possible, but not preferred, to phone in from a landline or cell phone without video. The rules of confidentiality in the Florida Statutes apply just like an in-person conference.
Conferences are usually scheduled for three hours each at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. These times are flexible. If you have a request for another time, please just let us know.
If you need more than three hours, please be sure to notify the office either by e-mail, fax or telephone, before scheduling to be sure the time can be arranged. Special arrangements can also be made on a limited basis for evening or Saturday times.
If the mediation is cancelled less than forty-eight (48) hours before the date of the scheduled conference, the minimum three hour fee will be charged. If more than three hours has been reserved, a minimum six (6) hours will be charged.
