Mediation and Arbitration Fees
Rates
Mediation services will be furnished at the rate of $300.00 per hour for two or three party cases. For four or more parties, mediation services will be furnished at the rate of $100.00 per hour per party. There is a 3 hour minimum per mediation for a standard mediation. Arbitration services will be billed at a flat rate of $1,500.00 per hearing day or part thereof of up to six hours. All other services, including all time spent before and after the hearing day shall be billed at $300.00 per hour.

MOST ARBITRATION HEARINGS WILL ALSO BE HELD VIA ZOOM
Payment
Payment is appreciated within 20 days following the date of the conference. I will not extend credit to anyone except attorneys. If your client is paying for the conference, please make sure they bring a check to the conference. Unrepresented parties must pay the their share of the minimum fee at least seven days before the scheduled conference or the conference will be cancelled. Multi-day arbitration hearings require a fee deposit in advance of the hearing.
